Sleep Score

A 0-100 score that measures the quality of your rest. Analyzes your sleep stages, duration, and efficiency to give you a complete picture of how well you slept. Higher scores mean better recovery and readiness for the day ahead.

Recovery Score

A 0-100 score that shows how ready your body is for physical activity. Calculated from your Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Resting Heart Rate (RHR), and sleep debt.

Strain Score

A 0-100 score that measures the cardiovascular load from your daily activities using the TRIMP methodology. Personalized and computed based on your individual fitness level and baseline active level, it shows how hard you pushed. Combined with Recovery Score, it helps prevent overtraining and optimize your training load.
